MY Vida (Heesen Yachts)

On the MY Vida from the Heesen Yachts shipyard, we were able to set specific accents with our mirror-polished stainless steel sheets. Both with the mirrored side walls of the chest of drawers and with the wall paneling and the precisely manufactured wine holder.

Wherever wooden battens can be seen on the ship, we have also produced stainless steel as a groove base.

We made the mural from stainless steel pilaster strips with wood and smoked glass mirrors.

We provided the side panels of the siteboard with polished stainless steel cladding all round and bent them to the customer's desired radius.

We have also produced wall pictures for the bedrooms using stainless steel strips on a high-gloss mirror.

We created the curved cladding on the outer sides of the bedside cabinets from mirror-polished stainless steel.

Stainless steel staircase

This stainless steel staircase impresses with its shiny elements: Here we made the step facing, the wall cladding from mirror-polished stainless steel as a groove base, the handrail holders and the floor trim strips between the wood and the marble.

The staircase eye is also made of a mirror-polished stainless steel tube.

We also created the substructure for this staircase.

Stainless steel wine holder

We have adapted these special stainless steel wine holders to the desired shape of the shipyard and planned them with mechanics so that the bottles can be stored safely at sea. The wine holders were manufactured using innovative 3D printing technology. The challenge here was to retain the delicate design while ensuring that the bottles were held securely.

Stainless steel for the yacht exterior

In the outdoor area of the MY Vida, we made the table legs for the dining table from mirror-polished stainless steel.
