Ethianum Clinic in Heidelberg

The project for the Ethianum Clinic in Heidelberg shows that shopfitting can be so much more than just creating a counter: The combination of art, design and shopfitting has created a unique concept.

The design was created by Gunther Spitzley (†15.08.2018) for the new clinic building.

The large crystal-shaped elements on the ceiling and walls, which we carefully assembled from a substructure and mirror-polished stainless steel surfaces, impress every visitor to the building. This impression is complemented by the many special details, such as the room numbers, signposts, signs and logos that we created for this project.

The skylight and the wandering sunlight that shines on the crystal elements create a breathtaking effect: the light falls on the mirror-polished stainless steel surfaces, causing ever-changing reflections to wander through the room.

We also produced and applied the forex lettering on the walls.

Pictures from the workshop

We created the signposts from Corian and wood.

We made the room numbers and the Ethianum logo from lacquered wood and acrylic.

The entrance sign with logo stands out in particular thanks to its sharp-edged shapes.

Light reflections that inspire

The skylight and the sun, which shines at different angles on the mirror-polished stainless steel crystal surfaces, create breathtaking light reflections.
